ARROYO GRANDE, CA - The Arroyo Grande Recreation Services Department sponsored a Holiday Decorating Contest for businesses and residences nominated throughout the City. Commercial buildings were judged on the 18^th of December and residences were judged on the evening of December 19^th. Ribbons for 1^st, 2^nd, or 3^rd were awarded to the following participants.
