Every two years, the City of Arroyo Grande carries out a goal-setting process for the City Council to establish priorities to make Arroyo Grande the best place to live, work, and play. Through its budget process, the City Council matches the resources necessary to achieve these priorities and to enable the City to provide high quality services, programs, and projects.
