“Safe and Sane” fireworks sales begin at 12 Noon June 28th and conclude at 9:00 PM July 4th.  However, fireworks are permissible for discharge ONLY on July 4th during the hours of 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Violations of AGMC Section 8.08.100 for the possession, manufacture, storage, sale, handling or use of illegal fireworks shall be punishable by an administrative fine of one thousand dollars ($1,000). The Arroyo Grande Police Department will be deploying additional personnel and using drones to provide aerial support on July 4th.
