Please adhere to the following procedures when addressing the Council:
Ratify the listing of cash disbursements for the period September 1, 2021 through September 15, 2021.
Receive and file the attached report listing of investment deposits of the City of Arroyo Grande, as of August 31, 2021, as required by Government Code Section 53646(b).
Approve the minutes of the Special and Regular City Council Meetings of September 14, 2021, as submitted.
Adopt a Resolution declaring a continued local emergency related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
Adopt a Resolution making findings in accordance with AB 361 and Government Code Section 54953(e) authorizing remote teleconference meetings.
Approve an amendment to the Fiscal Year 2021-22 Capital Improvement Program budget to transfer $15,000 of Local Sales Tax funds from fund balance to the subject project.
1) Approve a First Amendment to the Agreement for Consultant Services ("First Amendment") with Pavement Engineering, Inc. to extend the duration of the Agreement for the subject project; and 2) Authorize the Mayor to execute the First Amendment.
Receive and file the Monthly Water Supply and Demand Report.
1) Conduct a Public Hearing in accordance with Water Code Section 350, et seq.; 2) Adopt a Resolution declaring a Stage 1 Water Shortage Emergency and implementing Emergency Water Shortage Restrictions and Regulations in accordance with California Water Code Section 350, et seq., and Arroyo Grande Municipal Code Section 13.07.030(A); and 3) Appropriate $2,800 from water fund balance and $1,200 from sewer fund balance for the cost to mail out baseline letters.
