COMMUNITY COMMENTS AND SUGGESTIONS:

This public comment period is an invitation to members of the community to present issues, thoughts, or suggestions. Comments should be limited to those matters that are within the jurisdiction of the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).  The Brown Act restricts the ARC from taking formal action on matters not scheduled on the agenda.

WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS:

Correspondence or supplemental information for the Architectural Review Committee received after Agenda preparation. In compliance with the Brown Act, the Committee will not take action on correspondence relating to items that are not listed on the Agenda, but may schedule such matters for discussion or hearing as part of future agenda consideration.

CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Recommended Action: Approve the minutes of the June 19, 2017 regular meeting.

CONTINUED CONSIDERATION OF VESTING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 13-002 (TRACT 2985) AND PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT 13-002; AN 11-LOT RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISON; APPLICANT - DAN PACE; REPRESENTATIVE – GREG SOTO; LOCATION – CORBETT CANYON ROAD/ HIGHWAY 227

Recommended Action:  It is recommended the Architectural Review Committee consider the proposed project, including the revised Design Guidelines and project plans, and make a recommendation to the Planning Commission.

CONSIDERATION OF ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW NO. 17-005; CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW 4,252 SQUARE FOOT SINGLE FAMILY PRIMARY RESIDENCE AND A 1,199 SQUARE FOOT SECOND RESIDENCE; LOT 3 OF TRACT 3048 (HEIGHTS AT VISTA DEL MAR); LOCATION – 831 CASTILLO DEL MAR; APPLICANT – THE HEIGHTS AT VISTA DEL MAR GROUP, LLC; REPRESENTATIVE – JASON BLANKENSHIP

Recommended Action:  It is recommended the Architectural Review Committee consider the proposed project and make a recommendation to the Community Development Director.

CONSIDERATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE SIGN PERMIT 17-009; ONE (1) NEW PROJECTING SIGN; LOCATION – 108 EAST BRANCH STREET; APPLICANT – CHELSEY ROGERS, HERITAGE SALON

Recommended Action:  It is recommended the Architectural Review Committee consider the proposed sign plans and make a recommendation to the Community Development Director.

All staff reports or other written documentation, including any supplemental material distributed to a majority of the Architectural Review Committee within 72 hours of a regular meeting, relating to each item of business on the agenda are available for public inspection during regular business hours in the Community Development Department, 300 East Branch Street, Arroyo Grande. If requested, the agenda shall be made available in appropriate alternative formats to persons with a disability, as required by the Americans with Disabilities Act.
